Please be advised that the following actions may result in legal action where supported by applicable law:

  • Theft of merchandise, inventory, equipment, business property, or funds.
  • Fraudulent purchases, chargeback fraud, payment fraud, identity theft, or the use of stolen financial information.
  • Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, distribution, or sale of our products, logos, branding, photographs, website content, marketing materials, educational resources, designs, or other intellectual property.
  • False statements or knowingly false accusations that damage the reputation of our companies, owners, employees, or business partners.
  • Business interference, including intentionally attempting to disrupt business relationships or contracts through unlawful means.
  • Harassment, threats, intimidation, or any conduct intended to interfere with the safe operation of our businesses.

We reserve all rights available under applicable federal, state, and local laws to investigate suspected misconduct and to pursue appropriate civil or criminal remedies when warranted. This may include seeking monetary damages, injunctive relief, recovery of attorney’s fees where authorized by law, and cooperating with law enforcement and other governmental authorities.
